Q: When do orders ship?

A: Orders ship EVERY Friday & Saturday

 Q: What size are your containers?

A: All PET plastic containers are 4 & 8  ounces

Q: How long will it take me to get my order?

A: Items take 2-5 business days to ship. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday -Saturday. From there items take 1-4 business days to get to you through USPS. 
Handmade soaps take 3 to 7 business days Wholesale 1 to 2 weeks or less.

Q: Can I return my items?

A: No we do not do any returns Unless it was an error on our end. not on Hand  made item. 

ALL SALES ARE FINIAL.

Q: Do your products contain preservatives? 

A: NO! We do not use any unnecessary ingredients in our products. 

Q: Why hasn't  the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?

A: Currently USPS is backed up, please allow time for them to get your package to you in a timely manner. Also be aware that once we give them your package we have no control over what happens with your order. If your order is lost or stolen please put in a claim with USPS.
